  1. In a large pan, melt butter and sauté onions. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute over medium heat.
  2. Put items from the pan into a bowl
  3. In the same pan, cook scallops for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Add lobster, shrimp, cream, and onions/garlic to pan. Continue stirring and cooking over medium or low heat.
  5. Add broccoli and basil to pan, continue cooking.
  6. Spiralize courgettes to make courgetti spaghetti. Cook for about three minutes.
  7. Combine seafood mixture and courgetti spaghetti.
