Courgette Shrimp Scampi
Shrimp is a great source of the antioxidants astaxanthin, which supports the nervous system and may lead to a decreased risk of diabetes-related problems, and selenium, which reduces the risk of heart failure and depression. Making this zucchini-based shrimp scampi for dinner will make you feel great about what you’re feeding yourself and your family or friends!
