  1. Put chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, olive oil, tomato paste, red pepper flakes, and lime juice into a food processor and blend until smooth. Set aside and refrigerate.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, cook chicken until golden brown.
  3. In another pan over low heat, heat canola oil. Then, add tortilla strips and fry for about 5 minutes.
  4. Take pasta sauce out of refrigerator. In another pan over medium heat, add sauce and let it heat up for 15 seconds. Add heavy cream and ¼ cup water. Cook for about 45 seconds.
  5. Spiralize courgettes to make courgetti spaghetti. Cook for about 3 minutes.
  6. Combine sauce, chicken, tortilla strips, peas, red pepper and courgetti spaghetti in a bowl.
