Instructions
  1. Put oil, garlic, spinach, onion in a covered pot over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Add basil, bay leaf, diced tomatoes, chicken stock, and some salt and pepper to the pot.
  3. In a pan over medium heat, cook the chicken.
  4. Add chicken to the pot with everything else.
  5. Stir flour and half & half. Add to mixture.
  6. Spiralize courgettes to make courgetti spaghetti, cook for about three minutes.
  7. Combine the courgetti spaghetti and sauce mixture.
