Instructions
  1. In a pot, combine vegetable broth, tomatoes, onion, garlic, and olive oil. Cook for about 20 minutes, covered.
  2. Spiralize courgettes to make courgetti spaghetti.
  3. Combine courgetti spaghetti and sauce in pot.
  4. Add basil and dry lentils. Serve with parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
