Instructions
  1. In a pan over medium heat, add melted butter and garlic.
  2. Cover tilapia filets with flour, then add to pan.
  3. Cook one side of tilapia, then flip over. Then add jalapenos, green onions, Roma tomatoes, some salt and pepper to the pan.
  4. Spiralize courgettes to make courgetti spaghetti. Cook for about 3 minutes.
  5. Once tilapia starts flaking, add heavy cream.
  6. Once cream boils, remove heat. Add lemon butter into pan and stir.
  7. Serve tilapia filets over courgetti spaghetti.
