  1. Spiralize courgettes to make courgetti spaghetti. Cook for about 3 minutes, then drain.
  2. Toss courgetti spaghetti with 2 tbsp. sesame oil.
  3. In a pan over medium heat, cook chicken until brown or cooked through.
  4. In a pot, add 1 tbsp. sesame oil.
  5. Add green onions, carrots, chicken, and garlic to pan. Sauté for 1-2 minutes, then remove heat.
  6. Add honey, peanut butter, vinegar and soy sauce to pot.
  7. Add courgetti spaghetti to pot.
  8. Stir all ingredients. Add uncooked ramen, green onions, cucumber, and lettuce to pot, then stir.
