  1. In a pan over medium heat, cook beef until browned.
  2. Add cheddar cheese, flour, garlic powder, paprika, and tabasco to pan.
  3. Add milk and 1/2 cup water to pan, then stir. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat.
  4. Spiralize courgettes to make courgetti spaghetti, then add to pan.
  5. Cover pan and cook for about 10 minutes while stirring.
